Delete your Wings account

Wings – Fly To Your Goals is provided by POENAR REMUS PERSOANA FIZICA AUTORIZATA. You can request deletion here without installing or signing into the Wings app.

Request account deletion

Verify the email associated with your Wings account. You do not need the installed app or your password. After verification, return here and confirm your request within 15 minutes.

What happens next

We verify email ownership before accepting a confirmed request. Wings support then processes the request and contacts you about completion. Opening a verification link does not delete an account. Sending this form does not immediately delete an account.

What deletion removes

Permanent account deletion removes your Wings sign-in account, profile, associated coaching records and uploaded media covered by our account-deletion process. This includes your progress and meal photos, measurements, workout and nutrition records, and user-owned chat media. You will lose access to the account.

If you are a trainer, your clients keep their own accounts and are disconnected from you. Trainer-owned plans and records are removed. Other users may retain copies of content they previously received or downloaded.

Retention and subscriptions

Deleting Wings does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed by Apple or another payment provider. Manage those subscriptions with the relevant provider.

Some information may remain with payment, email, analytics or infrastructure providers, in backups, or where retention is required for security or legal purposes. The automated deletion process does not erase these providers’ records. Support will explain any applicable retention when processing your request. See our Privacy Policy.

Delete directly inside Wings

Open Settings → Account data → Delete account, enter your password, and confirm. This uses the existing in-app permanent deletion process.

If you cannot access your email or the form is unavailable, contact wings.app@yahoo.com. We must verify your identity before processing deletion; an email address alone is not sufficient.
